Clark Souers is a prominent expert in the areas of stress management, wellness, relationships and time management – especially as these apply to teens, college students, athletes and business executives.
At the age of 14 Clark became a stressed out teenager who then dealt with periodic insomnia in college and battled/overcame a stress related disease. Since that time Clark has dedicated his life to learning about the topic of stress and then helping others live healthier lives through executive coaching, speaking engagements and life coaching.
He was valedictorian of Pepperdine University and earned his MBA from Arizona State University. Clark is the Founder & President of LIFE REVOLUTION®, an organization that surrounds business executives, athletes and high performing students with a team of performance and stress reduction experts.
Clark began coordinating programs for teenagers in 1992 with organizations such as the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, YMCA and Young Life. In 1994 Clark began his human resources and organizational development career which spans the hotel, non-profit and entertainment industries. During this time he designed and facilitated numerous training programs for employees around the world and became a recognized speaker on topics such as time management, conflict resolution and teamwork.
He gained extensive experience in the world of sports as Director of Human Resources for Anschutz Entertainment Group where he was responsible for all employee related matters for teams such as the Los Angeles Kings and entertainment venues such as STAPLES Center in Los Angeles, Sprint Center in Kansas City and The 02 in London. In addition, Clark was the Head Children's Tennis Coach for the Colorado Association of Recreational Athletes and served on the Southern California Tennis Association's Junior Tennis Council.
Clark is certified as an Achieve Global, DDI and Zenger Miller trainer and after attending the Coaches Training Institute became an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation.
Clark always makes time for his wife and two sons, friends, outdoor adventures, traveling, mountain biking, tennis, skiing and music.
